Sziasztok!
CAT BOOKMARK
Easy and quick bookmark not only for cat lovers!
Ok, so here’s the pattern I promised
Hook: 1,75mm
Yarn: 520m in 100g, 100% acrylic, fingering
Cat bookmark:
ch - chain
dc - double crochet
sc - single crochet
sl st - slip stitch
dc inc - 2 dc in one
dc2tog – 2 dc worked together (decrease)
(x) - number of stitches in a row
It’s made in joined rounds. Finish each round with a join and start from ch2, counted as the first dc.
Body and head:
1. ch 3, 12 dc in the 3rd ch from the hook, join (12dc)
2. dc inc x6, join (24dc)
3. (dc inc x2, 1 dc) around, join (40dc)
4. we start the head here: ch 2, dc inc x2, 1 dc, dc inc x2, leave the rest unworked, turn (10dc)
5. ch2, 1 dc, (dc2tog, 1dc) x3, turn (8dc)
6. ch2, 1 dc, ch 2, 1sl st in the next dc (one ear made), 3sc, 1sl st, ch2, 1 dc, ch 2, 1sl st in the next dc (the second ear made)
Fasten off.
Tail:
Join the thread in the place where you want to start the tail (I started at 9 stitches from the head, on the right side)
1. ch 33 (or more/fewer – depending on the desired length), dc in the 4th ch from the hook, 5 dc, 3dc in the next dc, 1 dc in each of the next 22ch, join with the body with a sl st.
You’re done!
