I found the files on Liveinternet. Here is the data about how the book is put together. It is just a series of copied images.

"The materials presented in this section are collected from various open (free) Internet sources, formed into archives, decorated with beautiful covers and intended exclusively for free review!
What's inside the archive?
an ordinary FOLDER with pictures - SCANS from a magazine or book."

I copied all the files and created a PDF of the images. Its not pretty as the images are all different sizes. I have also included a zipped file with all the images if you don't like the PDF.
